We will be offering two sessions of VPK in the fall of 2008. The morning session runs from 8:30-11:30 am, and the afternoon session runs from 12:30-3:30 pm. Both sessions run five days a week. The VPK program is free of charge and there aren’t any enrollment fees. The only thing needed to register your child is the SCA enrollment form, the county voucher (from the Early Learning Coalition of St. Lucie County), a copy of your child’s birth certificate for SCA files, and your child’s updated blue and yellow Student Physical Examination Form (HRS-H 3040) and Certificate of Immunization (HRS 680) from your doctor. Attached you will find the SCA enrollment form and the county voucher application. You can either take it to the coalition office in Fort Pierce or turn it in to the SCA office. We will be coordinating one day with the coalition where they will be issuing vouchers onsite. This will take place in late April or early May, we will inform you of the date and time when it is scheduled. You must be present to receive your voucher.
SCA will be offering wrap-around programs for those who are interested. There are three components to choose from. These programs do require an enrollment fee to hold your child’s spot. There is only one enrollment fee and you can choose up to three components. The fee is $100.00 for returning students and $150.00 for new students. The options are as follows:
- Pre-care 7:00 am-8:00 am
- After-care 11:30 am-3:30pm
- Extended-care 3:30 pm -5:30pm
- $10.00 per week
- $70.00 per week
- $25.00 per week
