Art with Mr. Cody invites students to explore a variety of art forms while learning new techniques and skills. Through hands-on projects and creative expression, students will celebrate the creative minds God has given us and grow in confidence, imagination, and artistic ability in a fun and encouraging environment.

Upper School After School Activities Sign Up

    Thank you for your interest in Sunlight After School Activities. See details below and complete a registration form for each child in your household. Students may enroll in more than one program for a discounted rate.  

    Program Times
    Upper School After School Programs begin on Thurs. 2/5 and end on Friday, 5/1 (12 weeks).
    After School Programs are from 3:15-4:00pm at the PGA campus, and dismiss promptly at 4pm.  
    A fee of $1/minute will be applied for late pick-up.
     
    Program Costs
    • Current PAYING Upper School Extended Care Students - $195 ($65/month)
    • Non-Extended Care Upper School Students (sibling dismissal = non-paying) - $255 ($85/month)
    • Discounts:
      • Multiple Programs: $30 off Prog.#2 (-$10/mo.) /$45 off Prog.#3 (-$15/mo.)
      • Sibling: $30 off Sibling #1 (-$10/month) /$45 off Sibling #2 (-$15/month)
      • Pay in Full: 5% off Program Cost for full payment on 9/1.
    • Funds are non-refundable for absences; withdrawal refunds prorated at month's end for remaining months only.

    I understand my child will automatically be enrolled in the *selected programs above.  Upon enrollment my FACTS account will be immediately charged for the non-refundable program registration fee(s).  Depending on the option I selected, my FACTS account will be invoiced for program fee(s) on 2/1 for the pay-in-full option, or 2/1 & 3/1 for the monthly option for the 8 week programs,  or 2/1, 3/1 & 4/1 for the monthly option for the 12 week programs.  I also understand I will not be reimbursed for any of my child's absences or emergency school closures, and if my child withdraws, it will be effective month-end, and future monthly invoices will be canceled.
